The ordered goods will be delivered within 1 - 5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) after receipt of payment for advance payment, PayPal, credit card, or after ordering for cash on delivery. Claims for damages due to exceeding the delivery period are excluded.

For naturalsophy.com - Frankfurt Natural GmbH online shop, you will be charged a flat shipping fee of approximately €5 within Germany. Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €29. Rest of the world (location-dependent, starting from approximately €17).

Different shipping costs apply for shipping abroad depending on the country. Depending on the destination country, the delivery costs may vary. In this case, please contact info@naturalsophy.com.

Please note that additional duties and charges for the respective products may apply for international shipping.

Delivery Times

Your order will be processed promptly upon receipt.

At present, delivery of your order usually takes approximately 1-5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). International shipments depend on the shipping partner such as Hermes, DHL, or UPS. All delivery time information is approximate and subject to availability. During promotional periods or sales, delivery times may be extended.

Should items become unavailable for unforeseen reasons, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, you will be promptly notified and, if applicable, any payments already received will be refunded or the goods will be sent at a later date at our expense.

For doubtful delivery addresses or unstable residency, we reserve the right to deliver to the billing address.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by our shipping partners. If an order is canceled and returned to us due to a delay by the delivery partner, we will refund you the cost of the products, but not the shipping charges.
